Zuzeloth requested a hacked "myne door" for uni. This one overrides the original door so if you want a new door altogether, you'll need to clone this file. My reason for doing this was because you cannot place doors from build mode in a dorm and the dorms comprise of these doors anyway. That way, your dorm is ready to go.

It has an add key option and remove key option. It allows you to get the key to a dorm that is already claimed. Therefore, two people own it at once and if one gives up the key or unclaims it, the other still has ownership. So when you lock the door, anybody who owns it (has the key) can walk through it.

Please note that it may but probably doesn't need OFB and Pets. The reason I say this is because I have all expansions and the doorglobals have changed, however, I don't think the actual BHAV it uses were affected.
