1801 Belvedere Drive is a remake of a home I made for Sims 1. I have been wanting to add it to my Sims 2 game, and the inspiration suddenly hit, so here we go.
The house is comprised of 5 seperate buildings: 1.) Master Suite: The isolated Master Suite is in the center of the propoerty, fully supported by pillars. Below it you can find a private spa area enclosed by tall shrubs. 2.) Bedrooms/Rec Room: The Rec Room includes entertainment center, pool table, arcade and in home bar. 2 Bedrooms are on the top floor. 3.) Kitchen/Pool: Indoor pool with gym, showers and lounging area. Top floor features a large kitchen and dining area. 4.) Guest Suite: Studio style Suite for up to 2 sims. Ideal for a second family or elders. Include Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining Area and Garden. 5.)Learning Center: This building has items to increase your sims skills. Library, piano, chess table, computer, telescope, and painting area are found here. Lot Details: -Size: 4x4 -Price: $ 258,531 -4 Bed, 4 Bath -Landscaped -Fully furnished, no CC -UNI & NL required All photographs are labeled, I hope there is no confusion. Enjoy!! 10 people have said thanks to treena410 for this download. For more information about this creator and their policies or details, click here. Screenshots
