The house includes no custom content whatsoever.


The house includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 computer/study room, 1 living area, and a kitchen area.


I'm not really sure what EP's are needed to use the lot, but the furniture is mostly Bon Voyage and Teen Style Stuff, and a little bit of Celebration Stuff.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
