Hi all

Another commercial? for Egyptian themed areas. There is a question mark at the end of commercial as I have tried to keep this lot as close to a temple decoration as possible so its used for visiting - there are no shops, cafes etc.

This is based on the remains of the the Temple at Edfu in Egypt, the
Temple was in real life consecrated to the God Horus, of course there
are no Horus sculptures in Sims2 and as always I try to shy away from
custom content. Hence with the aid of the cat sculpture from Pets my
Temple is consecrated to the dual Goddess Bastet - the Goddess of
both the Sun and the Moon.

My temple is somewhat smaller than the original but claims the same
main areas as the original.

The grand and imposing main gateway, the peristyle courtyard with its
pillars and pool surrounded by statues of the Goddess. Next is the
gateway to the temple proper and the pillar filled area known as the
Hypostyle Hall. Here again there are statues of the Goddess.

Finally there is the Sanctuary itself, a raised platform of white
stone awaits whatever statue you place there yourself, I left it
empty in my upload. In my game version I used two cat statues and
turned them so they are looking into one anothers eyes.

Around the sanctuary are the various rooms for the Priests and
Priestesses.

This Temple sits on the 5x4 lot.
