This is a custom terrain i've created for my current neighborhood - Fokshire. Many people like it and asked me to share it, so here it is!

Readme txt file is included but in two words - put the files into your My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains\ directory.

This is only a terrain map, so it does not contain any decos, lots and stuff like that. So you can decide what and where you want to build. It also a extremely flat map - gound level above the water is less than meter i think. For me it looks realistic enough.

Didn't test it with beach lots but they might alter the shore line since standart beach lot shore line is more steep.

Oh, there is a place for decorative bridge that comes up with basic game, it's proposed for railway go under the bridge (as it is in Fokshire i'm currently working on) - just and idea.

Road layout is very spacious - it's proposed to be a greenish 'hood with lot of trees, fields and fresh air.
