Sunset Ridge is a great playable home with 4 bedrooms and 5 full baths. Enter this home to find a great split level entry with stairs going down to the large family room. The family room has it's own bath attached as well as a sauna. A sliding door leads to a sunny private patio with large fountain and lots of seating.

Go up the stairs from the entry to find yourself in the open main level. This level has the formal living room (with two story ceilings), another family/living room next to the kitchen (with walk though pantry) to the dining room (with balcony attached). The garage is accessed from this level and is completely attached. A large patio is off this level as well and leads to the lush backyard.

The backyard is beautiful with a sparkling pool - complete with slide and diving board. A BBQ area is close to the pool and has a great lattice covering with seating underneath for 6. There's also a spa and bar area. A kids play area with swing-sets are also included.

Last but not least is the last level where all the bedrooms are located. The master suite has a bath attached - complete with steam shower and great garden tub. Two bedrooms share a jack and jill bath. There's also a full separate bath on this level. A large balcony is off this level as well.

This house has it all ... playability, style and of course no CC (so you don't have to worry about downloading stuff you don't want!). Please have a peek at all my other houses when you get a chance.
