Picked Upload
This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Rue De La Promenade 6-8 is the third part of my little apartment series, that I made for the beautiful beach front in Desiderata Valley.
With one kitchen, a large livingroom, 2 bathrooms, a master bedroom and two other smaller bedrooms, these four apartments are perfect for your sim family or a good earning single/couple. In the cornerhouse you can find a little bar with a piano, microphone and violine on the stage and a pooltable on the second floor. Furnished and playtested - no custom content! This is my first upload, recommendations are welcomed! Enjoy playing! Lot Size: 5x2 Lot Price: 1.986 - 2.367 § *update* I had to fix this lot and no. 1-3, as they were placed on a little slope in my hood, but now they're flat as a flounder thanks to Mootildas wonderful LotAdjuster Use the 'modifyNeighborhoodTerrain on' cheat if you terrain warped or just replace the lot with this fixed version, sorry. 575 people have said thanks to stoffelsim for this download.
