Hi everybody again!






This house was and still is my favourite house in my neighborhood! I made it one year ago or so. And till now all the plants have been added from generation to generation(of my sims). Of course i put some extra for the upload i don't want to seem closefisted.

Well as far as i can remember i made a pippi longstocking sim and built that villa for her.

You don't need any CC or Mesh or whatever, just the Base Game and the Pets Add-On.

It's furnished and has enough space for about 6 sims.
Now to the specials:
Every flower you see is an object or a tree, so your sims dont have to give them water all the time nor can dogs destroy them, accept chewing of course.

1 kitchen with dining table, 1 living room, 1 bath, 2 bedrooms, 1 nursery (kids room)

Garden:



A sandbox for children, too many flowers and plants to count (the person who counts all flowers gets a special price from me ) the flowers dont need any water or gardener! They all are objects or trees.

Puh, well. Thats it! I think thats about everythign to know. I'll get me my old Pippi Longstockings book now and read a bit in the garden, (or my sim?):

Some users have told me,that the sims cant enter the front-door, its sunk into the wall (although i dont have this problem, so maybe you have) here is what you can do (just one way, there are many others to fix it)
How to fix pink door so it will not be sunk into the walls so sims can enter:

1. Right on the main entry way on the steps Remove one green column on the left and one on the right side of the stairs. Just one each right to left ( not all )
2. Then just hold the pink door pull out and put back in. ( like in and out motion )
For everybody who deleted the door, its the pink walnut door. Just in case, if you dont find it.

I dont seem to have the problem with the door, so maybe the problem comes with the packaging the house, i dont know.
