Here is Modeco House






This is Modeco House, it is a 4 bedrooms house (each one with en-suite) Downstairs it has a lounge, a study/library, a dining room and a kitchen. Outside there is a pool and a paio area, there is a non functioning drive out the front of the house but it can be made to function with the use of night life and some cheats.

This house is a follow up to my previous "modern art deco" house called Fen Deco Manor and there is a link to that at the bottom of this page. This house however is not furnished because personally i find it very time consuming and if find lots of people prefer to do it to their own style, i hope this does not put you off downloading

The CC used in this is very minimal and is only build mode content, it consists of only the custom windows and the climbing ivy and a tree ( i like to be specific)
