Hi everybody on MTS2!

Here is another house i made for you. This time, we are in the north of Germany in ..tadaa! Hamburg! Not also known for the big red light district, the haven and the funny nordish accent... outside in the "suburbias" there are a lot of great big houses. Very common are the wintergardens. In germany the temperature is quiet, well .... lol, lets just say: its not always sunny! But with a wintergarden you can get the spring time directly in your house, yeah!







This house is perfect for the random sim family. Adults and children or/and grandparents ...


It has:

3Bedrooms - each one in furnished in a different style! (asiatic,royal
blue,blue-country flowers)

2 Bathrooms

1 big Kitchen (with bar and everything needed)

1 Living room

1 Attic

1 Area in the front left, for a pool or a carport(for those of you who have nightlife and cant live without a car )

There are two winter garden, in the big one i have only put the exotic flowers of the base game. And the other little one,... well that one is more a conservatory, right? So if you want to have some tomatoes, now you know where to plant them
