a little demo of pixelhate's great lava in action!
Pieces:
9x9BuyableDeepSurface_Recolor_ Lava-Pixelhate.package
SNW_BuyableDeepSurface_9x9_MASTER-MESH.package
Ground Cover by Khakidoo.

I did the bridge, first and then placed two lava mesh-pieces in a 17x6 hole with a 4-square-wide flat floor. (MoveObjects On will be handy.)

Paint is Garden Soil and I'll probably use Volcano 03 to round-out the bottom's edges.

And that fake river-way, into the foundation, is super cool, mate!

Thanks for the reality, ShanOw and pixelhate!

YO! Can someone please make this for The Sims 3? It would be perfect for my castle lava pit and the sewers. I made small parts of the castle from RESIDENT EVIL 4.

These are so cool! I use them in my game all the time, for making cool ponds and swimmable lakes too! They are so useful and the animations are simply lovely.

Just wanted to warn you, I downloaded this along with the mesh and it showed up in game. But when I went into "Live" mode and tried to unpause, it totally froze the game up, to the point that I actually had to manually turn off the PC. I don't know if it was the recolor or the mesh, but I do know that it messed up that lot. I deleted the lot and everything appears ok now, but that obviously shouldn't have happened. I am running Double Deluxe + all EPs. I've heard that DD has had some issues with CC more so than just regular base game, so it might be just this version of the game that reacts this way. Anyway, it looks like a nice object, I'm glad it's worked out well for most everyone else.

Well, I'm sad it didn't worked well for you. Unfortunately, I've no clue why it didn't. I'm really not active any more on the Sims scene, but if you have any idea of what exactly could be wrong, I'm willing to help. Sorry for the lost lot.

Hello, thanks for this, it's wonderful.
I was wondering if there's a smaller version of this, though?
