The luxurious Hôtel De Fleurs nearby Le Théâtre was the most famous lodging in Desiderata Valley.
Because of the demographic trend the owner decided to convert it into shared apartments for older sims.
Up to 6 seniors can live together and enjoy their retirement.
Each of the 4 apartments has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a minibar/minifridge for snacks.
On the first floor is a dining hall on the left and you find a ultra-modern kitchen with all equipments you need. On the right of the entrance hall is another big room with billard, poker, bar and piano.
The second and third floor have each two apartments and a lounge to hang out with the other residents.
There are also lots of hobby related objects, wether they like games or music, nature or arts - each sim can follow his pleasure or just relax in the whirlpool, after sauna and massage.

p.s.: I could imagine that this hotel is also good as a dorm/greek house, you just have to change the doors and use the 'changelotzoning'-cheat
