The Queen's Arms!
This is my first lot. It's a community lot built in the form of an old traditional English pub. I've worked really hard on this for some time and playtested it so many times. There's plenty of space for changes and there is more than enough space for all the Sims in the lot to move around.

• What does this lot offer?:
• A large bar area with sofas, coffee tables and bar stools.
• A dining/restaurant area with seating arrangements to suit all party sizes.
• Two large unisex toilet facilities for when your Sim's gotta go.
• A playground for the children.
• An outdoor patio with tons of seating space.
• An alleyway, so Sims can get quickly to the payphone without walking through the pub.
