All apartments are equipped with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and are totally furnished.
The apartment of the ground floor has a room for painting and pottery, also has a basement where vampires can hide during the day. The apartments on the 1st floor have an office where Sims can read, study, play computer etc.
To rise to the top floor have two elevators and one staircase, also has computers, table to play cards and billiards to have fun with neighbours.


Important:
If you want to install a vampire, as it happens during the day, is perhaps best trigger cheat "maxmotives”:
Press “CTRL-SHIFT-C” then type the cheat:
“maxmotives” and press ENTER. This will give more time for the vampire rent an apartment and go home.

To rent an apartment furnished:
Press “CTRL-SHIFT-C” to bring up the cheat box, then type the cheat:
“boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true” and press ENTER, then press
SHIFT-and the door of the apartment you wish to rent and chose
“Rent Furnished”.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
