Hey there

This is a small cottage for your sim(s) to live in. With beautiful brick walls, and climbing plants, this cottage is the perfect setting for your retired sims. With a pond, and outdoor seating, as well as lots of nice flowers and tree's there is plenty to see and do.

The Interior is decorated and furnished, but you may wish to alter this to suit your taste.

The lot costs 44,108 and is a 2x2 lot. So is very affordable.
