This is another Sims 2 conversion from Sims 3 that my mother requested from me. (She says the Sims 3 is too hard to play, lol)

Description:

This old school house has been converted into a good sized family home & sits at the foot of the mountains. It has been left unfurnished (fixtures mainly) to keep costs down.


The main floor consists of Study, Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Room, Family Bathroom, Master Bedroom with en-suite & a bonus room leading onto the rear balcony with views of the mountains.



The upper floor has hallway/landing with a study nook, 2 more bedrooms with en-suites & a children's playroom with w/c and a balcony with safety approved toughened glass barriers.
The ground level consists of 2 large rooms - a games room & music room.
There is another room to work out those muscles including a sauna at the end.
Outside there is a lovely covered swimming pool & childrens play area containing sand, so they will be safe.


There is also a double garage to the left of the property.
