This mod is NOT working with the newest Sims 3 updates, and therefore should only be used on original installed version of Sims 3 (No EPs/Stuff Packs). An updated version is in the works.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you my first Sims 3 released mod, Homework is for Fun People! (Pfft! Ignore the "4" in the picture ^^)




This mod makes homework, well, fun! Their's no object needed to activate. Just simply send your child to school and then come home and do their homework! Here's a screenshot of the Fun bar actually going UP instead of down. I deleted all the chairs in the house to show that he was not getting fun from them.






Note: This mod is a GLOBAL MOD, meaning that it overrides the defaults and you don't have to do anything but put it into your downloads folder.

I did not forget about the Homework Help too! It also reduces fun, so I simply boosted it up to around 25. When doing homework with a friend/adult/whoever, you get a lot more fun off of it (x2 the boosted up amount) then doing it by yourself.





How much do fun does my sim get? Enough to relieve them of stress, that's for sure. Here's the percentages for ya.

Regular (Currently only compatible version with Game update)
Without Help - Increments of 16 "Fun"
With Help - Increments of 25 "Fun" and Increments of 50 "Social"

Children, Teens, Young Adults, Adults, and Elders can now do your Homework for you as well as ask YOU for homework help


IMPORTANT!

As of now, all of the problems I had when making this mod and testing it have been fixed. You MAY not get any fun from doing homework with someone. It seems to happen autonomously. If you experience this problem, please send me a Private Message. If you get other problems it's probably because you put in both files when you NEED TO PUT ONLY ONE FILE IN YOUR DOWNLOADS FOLDER. If you still have the old version please remove that before using this.



Install
To install this, simply extract and then right click on ONE and only ONE of the Homework is 4 Fun People versions if you have Delphy's Helper Monkey tool to Install it to your Sims 3 Downloads/Packages folder. Or, navigate to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages

The More Fun package makes it give even more fun then the Regular package. Both are in the .zip file included. Please only put one file in your downloads folder to reduce problems
