The floorplan of this starter home is based on an old farmhouse my family owns. It hasn't been lived in in over thirty years so it's falling apart and is basically a raccoon mansion now, but in its day it was a cute, cozy house my family enjoyed. I figured it would be nice to resurrect it somewhat in my game. This starter home has two levels, with three bedrooms, one and a half baths, a study and lots of gardening space out front. It comes with basic furnishings to help your sims get along while they start rolling in the dough.

A "driveway" is included--floor tiles covering the space necessary for a driveway--although I didn't put in an actual driveway because of cost. If you would like to put in an actual driveway but still wish to see the swirled concrete floor tile defining its space, I recommend roddyaleixo's invisible driveway here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=90875

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
