Hello everybody!
A lot has happened in 25 years, but some new faces in town are stirring up rivalries and creating tension for the once happy families. Can anything be done to get the neighborhood feeling good again? That was the desciption that was used in The Sims 2.. What are you going to do with them in The Sims 3? Well thats up to you...  After 2 months of hard work , i finally can present you Pleasantview.  At that time only the houses and the neighborhood are available , but someday I'm planning on releasing the CAW file and the families..   First of all download ALL the parts(Part 1 ,Part 2, Part 3) and then rename them AGAIN to PleasantView.part1.rar PleasantView.part2.rar PleasantView.part3.rar Then open up the first one and extract normally. Then you can put the extracted file into you Saved Games directory! [B]YourName/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Saves  Please note that the town in empty..The populated version isn't complete yet! Lots The Neighborhood contains all the lots from TS2 PleasantView and some extra lots made by me. We have: 105 SimLane 110 SimLane (The Goth Mansion) 122 SimLane (Oldie House Made By Me) 130 SimLane 170 SimLane 190 SimLane 215 SimLane (Pleasants) 150 Main Street (Lothario) 170 Main Street (Caliente) 190 Main Street 195 Main Steet (Dreamers) 225 Main Street 250 Main Street 272 Main Street (Combined Rabbit Holes-Dinner Square) 290 Main Street (Shopping Center 1) 330 Main Street (Shopping Center 2) 50 Middle Lane 70 Middle Lane 10 Oak Street 30 Lakeside Drive 35 WoodLand Drive 40 WoodLand Drive 55 WoodLand Drive (Broke) 95 WoodLand Drive 120 WoodLand Drive (Langerak House Made By Me) 210 Wright Way 113 Wright Way 120 Wright Way (Combined Rabbit Holes-DownTown Square) 23 Plaza Street (Tropical Houses Made By me) 25 Plaza Street (Tropical Houses Made By me) 32 Plaza Street (Tropical Houses Made By me) 36 Plaza Street (Tropical Houses Made By me) 39 Plaza Street (Tropical Houses Made By me) PleasantView Plaza PleasantView Cemetary PleasantView Hall PleasantView High School And Gym (Combined Rabbit Holes) PleasantView Space Center (Combined Rabbit Holes) PleasantView Research Center (Combined Rabbit Holes) PleasantView Crystal Lake Helluva Hacienda (House that used to be in Sims 2 Premade Houses) I really hope that this neighborhood is going to be fun for you to play guys.. Multi-Part Download
This is a multi-part download:
First of all download ALL the parts... Then extract starting with part 1... If you get an error message that tells you you need part 2 just hit the button browse for part 2 and select it.....if you get this also with part 3 do the same Then put the extracted file in YourName/Documents/Electronics Arts/The Sims 3/Saves **ATTENTION** NOT into Program Files/The Sims 3/Saves But in Documents!  Basic Download and Install Instructions:1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer. 2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s). 3. First of all download ALL the parts(Part 1 ,Part 2,Part 3) (use WinRAR for this) To install extract the file in your desktop (starting at part 1) and then copy and paste to YourName/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Saves Need more information?
