This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
**Updated 27-Oct-09** Fixed Club desk in the HL_base_1TileDesks.rar.

A variety pack of one-tile desks, from Base game up to Apartment Life. Each file is labeled with what EP/SP is required. Each one is a slave to the two-tile version and takes all Maxis/EA plus custom colors. All desks cost one-half the amount of the two-tile one...well, because there half the desk!

I realize some of these have been done, but most that I know of are pay and I do not use pay items so I needed an alternative. I have done all of the desks that I like and use and I have no idea why it has taken me this long to get to this. I have no immediate plans to make more, but who knows.

Each desk has the main slot for computer/homework plus the original secondary slot moved over and to the rear. The Country one has an additional slot added. (...ignore the shadow on the Atomic one...its been fixed...)

The secondary slot also works great for MogHughson's Desk Locator or the UNI Desk Locator. Thanks Cat for reminding me what I forgot to mention.

Thank you! Far as I'm concerned, the other half of the desk is often wasted space. These are great for small homes and children's rooms. I assume you modified the desk's footprint and looks like you did the shadow?

Yay, tiny desks, squee!

Thank you! I hardly use anything but one-tile desks and hated having to use pay ones. I hope you're at least as happy for these as I am - then you should be very happy!

Do my eyes deceive me or do I see the end of "I'm gonna walk all the way through the garden and/or to the second floor tu put my coffee cup and/or newspaper and/or homework on the empty left part of the desk"?
Thank you :p

I've always preferred using the one squared tables other than desks, just because the desks feel so bulky, but these are perfect! Thank you!

These are so cute. No more big bulky desks that take up so much room. These are going to be very useful indeed, thank you so very much.

Thank you for the desks, they are awesome.

I found that four of them are corrupted, is it just me? They are the Country, the Base, the Fredrik and the Bakonmi.

Cat - yes the footprint is modified as well.

Lili if you stick a lamp on that slot, no they won't be able to put the coffee cup there.

kiwianagirl - it probably isn't you, I reuploaded them after unzipping them all again myself. WinRAR is giving me fits lately.

I keep getting corrupt file errors too. It's gotta be an issue with the files, since files from other threads work fine. Could you please try to reupload them again?
