You have been defeated by the Caped Cod! Ever Promoting his Fish Based Justice! and it has 4 bedrooms, 3 Baths, a Great Room, and still enough room for that UFO Landing Strip!
This house in particular is a remake of another house I uploaded to the Sims 3 exchange. I was actually surprised of how many downloads it got that I decided to fix a few problems, and fully decorate each room.
