After a long, long, long time of inactivity I finally convinced myself today to build another lot. Seeing as in Sims 2 I had a lot series called Rhondal Drive, I've decided to make a another series for The Sims 3 called Auburn Heights in honor of my first feature on Mod The Sims + the fact I really like the name Auburn . Also, as if that weren't enough, this lot is dedicated to my good friend Qbuilderz, who doesn't love that guy? I've been meaning to make a lot for him for some time, infact Auburn Conservatory was meant to be it, but when I finally got around to uploading I completely forgot to mention it was for him, anyways, long story short, here you are my friend, enjoy !

This is a small family bungalow with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (that'll be fun!), a cosy livingroom, spacious kitchen, barbecue area out the back and a 1 car garage.
