I got a wild hair. No idea how I started this... I suppose my downloads folder was out for some reason so I was in-game with no CC and decided I'd try something. Well, a little time and it became a personal challenge. I can't use CC, not even a little. And I didn't. Surprise! I know I am. But, I'm quite happy how it turned out. It really was a challenge feeling so limited/restricted, but I love a good challenge.

It's a multi-angled and vibrant modern home with a minimal decor; austere, very plain interior- beiges, browns and whites, which allows accents of color to "pop". Modest applies more to the "restricted" aspect than anything else. And, of course, it's modern... I just can't stay away. I like modern. So, enough chatting. I'll let you continue. NOTE: I've included 1 Grey Glass Floor tile by Neveah223 in a separate folder. This is for those of you that may want the skylights on the roof to actually be skylights. This floor tile is NOT INCLUDED in the lot.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
