They will look different if you don't get all the custom content I used when I make them like skin, hair, eyes, make up, accessories, clothing, etc,. etc.
So yeah you have to download and install their CC if you want them to look just like in pictures.

First of all - lovely sim! I have a problem, though. I really want to get at least some of the cc used on him, and I can't seem to get the skin. Is there anywhere else I can get the cc by Subaxi?

Edit: I found Subaxi's new site, but I have no idea which skin/eyebrows/blush you use. D:

Okay, I want the piercings soooo bad, but I can never get that site to work for me (the one in the link you provided). :/ Do you have any suggestions?

How do i put him in the premade sims , i don't have a savedsims file... so i don't know what else to do.
