A house is a home, after all, and home should be an escape from the daily grind. Surrounded by a natural flower garden and a small pond, 126 Mirabella Road is the perfect escape from everyday life into a quaint world of flowers and simple pleasures.
Unfurnished, it is a starter. It was originally going to be a starter when furnished too, but I stupidly forgot that starters are 16,500 instead of 20,000 in Sims3. Either way, it doesn't take long for a new sim to be able to afford it. Furnished: $19,863 Unfurnished: $15, 149  Lot Size: 1x1 Lot Price: $19,863 Additional Credits: Riblan, because he inspired me to create a starter, even if it didn't end up being one. And Qbuilderz, who inspired me to do it without any custom content. 244 people have said thanks to whitewaterwood for this download.
