This will be my last upload as I am sick of jumping through hoops to get my work uploaded. To the moderators, if you can get a better picture of this building, I will gladly welcome it. I've tried every angle I could think of and cannot capture it any better than I have. They have been taken at the highest resolution I could get from the game, they don't get any better. Also, there IS an apartment mailbox on this lot and I HAVE play tested this lot extensivly and made adjustments to ensure it works flawlessly. I have always prided myself on consistancy, but that has been thrown out the window to satisfy the moderators, because of this there are no pictures within the compressed folder as I have in the past.

Today I bring you the H&M Factory Apartments. When clothing production shifted to more modern facilities, this building was left vacant until it was converted into apartments. You will find two studio apartments and one 1-bedroom apartment on each of the four main levels. Since there was amble room, a roller rink and bowling alley were added in the basement and an ice rink was placed on the roof. Solar panels on the roof create a surpluss of energy and result in refunds instead of bills.
