Well, I started out copying this 'New American' style house but first of all, to have a garage facing the right way I'd have to settle for a lot where the light comes from the back, making the front of the house look rather shadowy and dark. So, I reversed the plans/pic. There was also no good way of making the roof over the covered entry be that far down. AND I decided I didn't like the blue stucco, AND the back of the house is really quite different to the one on the site. So yeah. But I like mine better anyway. I should, because I spent long enough on just the roof. :D

Anywho, this house features a double sideways garage, powder room, kitchen with meals area, dining room, sunken living room and a library/study on the ground floor. Upstairs it has a games area, the master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, plus 2 neutral bedrooms and 1 neutral nursery and 2 more bathrooms.

Outside it has a pool, bbq area, swingset and a large-ish expanse of lawn.
