Llama Circle Mini Starter Lots:
This set of 6 Starter, mini residential homes is sure to please the new Sims in your neighborhood. No CC. Requires all Expansions. I tried to design these lots with the feel of the more residential areas of the inner cities on the east coast of the United States (row-like structures with minimal gardens/lawn). This is a project I started before the release of the Sims 3, but never got around to finishing. I have been dabbling again with the Sims 2 recently, so I decided I might as well finish the set and try to submit my first Sims2 upload here at MTS2 (Better late than never). This set features:
Each lot has indoor door fire alarm and burglar alarm(s), bed, phone, and basic plumbing- just enough to start you off. I did play test each lot, and have not noticed any issues. Please let me know if you have any. Specific lot costs as follows: 1 Llama Circle- 19, 980 2 Llama Circle- 19, 904 3 Llama Circle- 20, 000 4 Llama Circle- 19, 988 5 Llama Circle- 19, 999 6 Llama Circle- 19, 985 These lots were created using Mootilda's LotAdjuster. Thank you Mootilda! Lot Size: 1x1 and 1x2 Lot Price: < 20,000 64 people have said thanks to yadarya for this download.
