Since there is now less than half a metre of snow outside it's officially time for a spring cleaning in my Sims folders! :D
It's just stuff that people have asked for that I've kept on delaying, but here it is:

The Portland SC4 file: Didn't think of uploading it when I was working on the decorated version of the neighborhood, but here it finally is. Place the files in your SC4Terrains folder.

Carnen's new bridge: it's an updated version of the first neighborhood I uploaded, now with one of Criquette's custom bridges instead of the default one, and some adjustments to the ground level in the town for the SC4 file itself (the decorated version was flat).
If you want to use the neighborhood as it is you will need Apartment Life. If you don't have AL your option is to use Mootildas excellent Hoodreplace program, to copy all the content of the 'hood onto a neighborhood you've started. Also use HoodReplace if you'd like to transfer houses onto the new version. Throw the N156 folder into your Neighborhoods folder. The updated SC4 file is also included.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. The SC4 files go in your Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains folder. Start a new neighborhood the usual way.

To install Carnen drop the folder called N156 into your Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods folder. Make sure you have the needed custom content before starting your game.
