After weeks of fiddling with making custom NPCs for my medieval themed hood and receiving a billion requests for all kinds of NPC collections to be made, I present you with a do-it-yourself blank set of NPC templates.
These templates, as I call them, make it easy for you to create a new set of Default Replacement NPCs for any themed hood you can imagine. I have extracted all the necessary files that need to be altered in order to change the apparel of the NPCs and put them together in a little package. Using Simpe, the body mesh and texture are replaced so that NPCs will automatically appear in game wearing the clothing that you designate.
This set includes the following Basegame NPCs:
I have also included templates to recolor various accessories that the NPCs use such as the Repogun, Pesticide Spray Can, Fire Extinguisher, Burglar Bag, Grocery Basket and Mail; as well as hat/hair templates and pre-made hat/hair replacements. And finally you get a full-color PDF instruction file to follow.
You will need and a basic understanding of how to use it. Please completely read and follow the instructions before attempting to use these files. Feel free to ask questions if you are confused or need help. Good Luck!
