Back with my first lot upload ; simple 2-storey house I call Evans for lack of originality -.-“

I left the interior for you guys to furnish to your own unique tastes

3 bedrooms (or 2 if you use one for a study, etc), 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a garage, a living room, a kitchen and space outside to have a hot tub, barbeque area, etc. I’d say it’s perfect for any Sim family that do not wish to live in or cannot afford a lavish mansion.

This house has been play-tested but please let me know if there are any bugs or glitches.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
