Beautiful! Sims in Paris was one of my favorite sims sites after MTS! Thanks a lot for making this, and my favorite is the third one, SIP mansion, which has all that outstanding custom objects. Thanks again

Thanks Pegasus. It's hard to decide which is my favorite of the 3 lots. There is something great about each one (which is why I decided to have all 3 in my game).

The Few EPs/No CC (No Stuff Pack) version is a really neat lot because it was decorated using only Maxis, yet has great style. The layout is fun because in all 3 lots a Sim can basically live on either floor because you have all the amenities necessary to survive.

I love the colours in the "Maxified" version...especially the Master Bedroom and the Guest Bathroom. It's neat looking out the window at the beach from that bedroom.

And of course, the Sims In Paris version looks so very "today" with all that great furniture. The house is VERY modern in design.

What's great is that while the houses all have the same layout, they do not have the same "feel". You can go from traditional, to renovated to modern! And BEST of all...you can spend the time (no matter what time of year it is in reality) on the BEACH!

Thanks babydawl!

It took about a week...but that was 1 obsessive week.

Which one indeed! I had the same problem...Layout same, but they "feel" so different. I love the deceptive look of 1 story in the front and 2 story in the back! Do enjoy the lots.

Why choose? After all...this is the Sims and we can have it all!

I just stumbled on to this in searching for some beach lots. Steph, I cannot believe this didn't at least get picked. Your attention to detail, and more - your passion in creating, is to be applauded.

You are meticulous, extremely articulate, and your pride and joy come across in everything you create and post. Bravo!

Thank you Rhaevyn. I truly appreciate your comment and compliments.

This lot is one of those "don't judge a book by it's cover" lots! It truly is spectacular and was a bit of a challenge to get just right. So, I do hope you enjoy it!

SimsationallySimplyMe ,
A belated thank you for your comment. I truly appreciate it.

Avril, I'm sorry about the inabillity to get the objects for the Sims in Paris. However, there are a few things you can do. I know manuevering Blacky's Sims Zoo is a bit tricky due to the English/German language barrier.

But, if you register at Black Pearl http://www.blackpearlsims.com/downl...p?do=cat&id=186, they actually have the objects posted now.

Other than that, you may wish to download one of the other 2 versions as they don't require the Sims in Paris objects. Then, you can redecorate the rooms with your favorite "Sims in Paris" content.

I hope you can have at least one version of the house regardless of which alternative you choose.

Hi StephSim I love the layout of this house! However, I just tried to download La Maison "Few EPs and NO CC but the link appears to be broken. Would you happen to be post a new download link?

Hi Rena!

Sorry it took so long to respond.

The creators do not control the download links here on MTS. Sometimes, you only need to clear your history, reload the page and/or click download again. I was able to download the No CC lot on my laptop today, so it seems to be working fine. Let me know if you still cannot access the download and I'll see what I can do.

Luckily, there are archives for Sims in Paris at Blacky's Sims Zoo, as well as hundreds of recolours that include the meshes for quite a few Sims in Paris creations. Have fun playing in the lot!
