This home is great for sims who love indoor activities. It sits comfortably on a compact 2x2 lot. Its features include:

Basement: Daylight-lit, with outside access. Includes a bathroom, games room with bar, a home cinema room with mini kitchen, and a spare room that could be used for hobbies, a gym, or an extra bedroom!

Main floor: Living room, dining, study, powder room and modern kitchen. 2 porches are accessible from this level.

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, both with ensuites, a corner for the chess table, and a small covered balcony.

It also has driveway space for one car. It will be called 'Green Craftsman Home' in the Lots & Houses bin.

The Lexus IS350 and house numbers are not included.
