After researching brownstone images, I present Brooklyn Brownstone a la base game. This lot has three separate complete townhomes. The two end homes have two bedrooms and the middle one is slightly smaller with one bedroom. The houses have a connecting backyard with swing set for kids and plenty of room to add a hottub or barbecue area. Both driveways should be large enough for a real drive way with the right ep. I play tested and found the furniture all usable although, the living space is somewhat cramped, maybe like in real life!

Many thanks to ekrubynaffit who provided these instructions for converting this lot to apartments. I would not have known how to do it!

1. Delete the stairs
2. Add two pieces of foundation onto the bit that had the stairs
3. Get an invisable fence http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=179868 and put that around the open areas of foundation including the two pieces you just added
4. Delete the two bits of new foundation
4. move_objects on and place you stairs in the same spot as original and viola now your apartment will convert!
