Devenish Park is inspired from several buildings from a Jane Austin BBC series Pride and Prejudice, that was filmed 1995. But itīs not a copy from any off them, but a unik building. I originally made it for my Victorian neighborhood, but never played on the lot there. I had a fantasy neighborhood with a variety of caracters, one of them was Tomb Raiderīs: Lara Croft and she was the one that had privilegium to live in Devenish Park.
The lot is only partly furnished, but fully landscaped as you can see on the picīs. Thereīs of course a poolarea and garage outside, they are a standard in Mansion on the Hill set. Inside the mainbuilding are 5 bedrooms, 2 Livingrooms (or what ever you decide to do whit those), library, Kitchen, formal diningroom and again 6 bathīs. Even if it sounds like huge building, it still is very playable. But if it should get slow, you can only blaim yourself. That would mean you have way to many sims living on the lot with probably highpoly customhair on the hole bunch, and if youīre just a bit like me you also would have a lot of highpoly customfurniture, and well, together those should do the trick! If you like playing on fast lots you should of course do exakt the opposite. The mansion comes with a few ccīs. Mostly walls, but even a door and chair. You can see the chair in this picture around the pokertable (the same chair is also in the diningroom). Lot Size: 3x4 Lot Price: 232988,- Custom Content Included: - Luxiary King Office Chair by yedda_2000 at MTS - William Morris bedroom wallpaper by Alisar, part of the William Morris bedroom tradition set by Alisar at MTS - William Morris bedroom wallpaper by Alisar, part of the William Morris bedroom tradition set by Alisar at MTS - Pedimentary, My Dear!
