Melbourne Terrace: Turn of the century Australian city living.
Another addition to my collection of Australian homes, this row of three terrace homes (loosely) resembles the Victorian style prevalent in Melbourne, Australia (also Sydney), flaunting historical façades with decorative wrought iron flourishes. Each terrace is fully furnished to a different style and has a rooftop entertaining area. The third and default terrace has an untouched sandstone exterior with green trims, and an interior decorated with traditional (but not antique) hardwood furnishings. The second white terrace is whitewashed outside and inside to maximise the light received in its sandwiched position. The home is decorated with colourful feature walls and modest, contemporary furniture. The first red terrace is rendered with a deep red finish and furnished throughout with classical, antique-style, hardwood furnishings.
Each variation is available for separate download, with the unused terraces set up for NPCs to move in. Alternatively, you can move the hidden/public room markers around yourself (you may have to replace the front doors). See this tutorial if you are unsure how.
Consider removing the markers from a terrace each time a new generation is ready to enter the world. That way you can keep the grandparents close at hand when your sims go to work.

5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
