Urinals are designed for community lots, so they don't need to be cleaned and reset after use when flushed. Sadly this also flushes away any cc recolor you have used on the urinal. If you have an owned community lot however, the only way to rid the urinal of it's dirty state is to purchase a new one. This mod alters three BHAV resources from the original Maxis urinal. One to stop the urinal from flushing the recolor, and the other two to allow shy sims to use the urinal without the need to shoo others (altered the same as the fanseefish urinal).
Bonus! Dirty Recolor! Since the original Maxis urinal flushes cc recolors (as well as the dirty state!) I have also included a dirty recolor of the urinal. The texture is actually in game already, so my recolor only references the texture. This means my recolor package is a whopping 3kb in size. This also will recolor fanseefish's Pee with Impunity urinal since it references the Maxis urinal. Credits: MissPiggi for red urinal recolor (part of chenille pack) 267 people have said thanks to HugeLunatic for this download.
