4 Beach Terrace - 2 bedroom 3 bathroom family home
This is the fourth of six interchangeable row houses built on 1x3 shrunk lots. All are all fully furnished, contain all major appliances and are protected with fire and burglar alarms. They have covered porches to the front and rear, small well stocked mature gardens and pleasant frontage. All have been playtested for several sim days. Built using Any Game Starter by Numenor To maintain the condition of the garden I would suggest you install a garden mod such as the Inge inspired Perfect Plants or Perfect Gardens at Simbology Shrunk with Lot Adjuster by Mootilda Please see the Stair threads for Scriptorium installation instructions -- the lots will work just fine if you don't install the stairs properly, but you won't be able to select, change them or use them in other lots. Lot Size: 1x3 Lot Price: §30,977 Custom Content Included: - Colonial Centred Door by leesester - White Deck Stairs by HugeLunatic - UpRite Column Corner Version by HugeLunatic - Modular Stairs by Numenor - Wooden Stairs by plasticbox - Open Wooden Stairs by Reyn - White Wood Decking by Reyn - White Wood Stairs by Reyn - Vertical Siding by Kittyispretty69 - Vertical Siding by Kittyispretty69 - Vertical Siding by Kittyispretty69 - Craftsman Kitchen Window by tbudgett - Craftsman 1 Tile Door by tbudgett - Craftsman Kitchen Window by tbudgett - Craftsman 1 Tile Privacy Window by tbudgett - Craftsman 1 Tile Tall Narrow Window by tbudgett - Craftsman Short Window by tbudgett - Craftsman 2 Tile Arch by tbudgett Additional Credits: Any Game Starter by Numenor Scriptorium by Numenor All of the lots were shrunk using the Lot Adjuster – special thanks to Mootilda for writing it, and to everyone involved in its development. 105 people have said thanks to keef1973 for this download.
