The builders went all over the world to find wall paper, tiles, carpets, window shades, even doors, to make this house extra special. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, living, family, dining, and kitchen plus an Olympic size swimming pool. The pool builder thought size would make up for the ordinary rectangular shape although she did edge the pool with gorgeous tile. A very expensive privacy fence completes the back yard. Thrifty sims could sell that fence for a bundle, so don't be put off from buying the model home.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
