 2819 Bluewater Hwy. A beautiful blue beach-house is the perfect place to live when you enjoy a relaxing and laid-back life style. This home is situated 12 feet off the ground to avoid flood waters, and is hugged by a 180º wrap-around deck for a beautiful view of it's surroundings. Large windows are situated in every room so that you can enjoy the view of the water from any room in the house, and has two parking spaces under the house. The home is move in-ready for only $58,474. However if you'd like to decorate and furnish the house yourself, the cost is reduced to $34,439. The house can sleep and feed 6, however with that many people it may get a bit crowded... It's the perfect vacation home, or permanent home if you enjoy a relaxing villa.
