Hi everyone! After doing older and more traditional houses for a while, I was in the mood to do a really modern one. I saw a new kitchen set over at Awesims, and it really inspired me to actually do one. So now I present to you 'Bamboo Grove'. It has 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well. I used a lot of bamboo in the front of the house and the landscaping is sand and very simple because I wanted it to be laid back and low maintenance but still look nice. It's on a 30x30 lot and costs 134,965 (Sorry it's so expensive :P). The only custom content I used in this lot was the paintings from QBUILDERS and the kitchen set from Awesims, included in the file, and the links are below.

The house can sleep up to 6 sims. There are two Master Bedrooms, right on top of each other. The one on the bottom floor is the intended master because of the open bathroom and access to the back yard.

I realize there is no dining room in the house. I didn't want to put one inside because I think outdoor dining is better suited in this case, that's why there is a large table outside near the pool. You can easily expand the walls to the left of the kitchen and add a 4x5 dining room and use the table from outside if you really wanted.

Also, the 2011 Porsche Panamera Turbo and the 2009 Ferrari California are not included in the lot. They are just there for the pictures, and therefor not included in the lot price. There is no cars in either parking spaces.

Oh! One last thing. While I used the kitchen set for this house from Awesims, I didn't use the whole thing. If you want to download the whole kitchen set, go here.
