Small Mediterranean  Exotic is a cosy Mediterranean home for a rich single or couple, located on 20x30 lot near the beach it only takes a few steps to get there!  It's small but luxury, expenisve furniture and colors make your Sim/s feel well inside. And for the outdoor loving Sim/s there's a small but beautiful backyard with BBQ area, pool and a hottub.
