October theme is fantastic and this theme is inexhaustible source of ideas. For now I represent apartments where Freddy wants to be a landlord. It seems that Freddy wants to earn a some money.
This apartments has 4 apartment units. Rental price is from 1.089 to 1.207. Each apartment has: kitchen with living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. In community area your sims can enjoy playing chess, darts,singing karaoke or just drinking poured and blended drinks.
In the yard are placed many facilities for pets for preserve space inside of the apartments.

This mobile apartments I made by request from lientebollemeis. When she saw my residential mobile homes "Travel with Me" she really liked idea about mobile apartments. For this mobile lot I added one change ....HELLOWEEN THEME. I hope lientebollemeis that these apartments will not be too scary for you.









I tested this apartment lot two sim's seasons and it works great. While I tested these apartments my sim has turned into a werewolf. and I think I know why he did it. Obviously he wanted little to advertise themselves...a bit of glory for a moment.
