Today I bring you the 3rd home in a series I call <Project "Him!">

There will be two types of homes in this project:

1. Homes designed especially for male Sims to live in
2. Homes designed for Sims of either gender but with the male 'Sims player' in mind (as in guys who play the game) . Im sure there are some guys out there that want a nice house for their Sim family but dont want all the pink, floral, feminine decor that goes with it.

Todays home is designed just for u male Simmers out there (not that girls wont like it :P)
There is no feminine fancy frills or floral patterns.....no pinks or girlyness either.
It was designed for a family so there is a girls bedroom but its green and decorated with non-gender specific items.

This home is quite large. It has a huge yard with patio, carport, playground and spa.
The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and study.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

It also lets you choose what included content to install.
