Here is an abandoned house boat which has been moored for years (you can tell by all the reeds and water plants) in a secluded cove of Lake Laguna. Test sim, Arielle Sirena, discovered the boat and started squatting there (not literally, just living there without permission). Little by little, Arielle and Pao Melon whom she met trying to deliver mail, renovated the boat and made it comfy. Arielle never worries about anyone coming to claim the boat because a) She's a sim and b) all she thinks about is making friends and having parties.
The boat has two good sized bedrooms, a nice living area with double sliding glass door opening onto small deck with diving board and ladder for lake swimming, a galley kitchen, and upper deck with room for barbecues and star gazing. Since there is only one bathroom on the boat, desperate sims can find an outhouse just right of the pier.
The lot was accidentally made sideways, sorry about that.
