Apartment is built in a rural style, with a focus on nature. Living in Elwood sim can enjoy in a beautiful natural environment which is full of flowers and other vegetation. Each of two apartments has its own fenced garden where sim can grow their own fruits and vegetables.
Be careful with spraying your plants if your sim don't want to become a plantsim.
In the common area situated is the playground where the youngest can find their fun.
Both apartments have: kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. On the upper floor is not a space for living, from the outside you can see the window on the
upper floor but there is placed only a roof.
