It has nothing common with NY I think, but when I looked at it I thought that this name would be great ; D
So here they are - 4 apartments which are simple, small, functional and very "basic" as always. However, there are some "unusual" things - 2 apartments have one more room, which is very small (3x3) and I turned it into a nursery! :> Yay! Another thing is small playground! Kids rule!
Every apartments is different AND the half wall near the entrance is "bricked", not white. Again, don't belive screenshots at all ;]

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
