Among Natalia's first choices when beginning her search for a house with a fancy pool were Modern Beach Living by ekrubynaffit and Adriatica by allison731, but Natalia is a base game sim. Thanks to ekrubynaffit who shared her knowledge of building rooftop pools which she learned from tutorials by expert sim architect jonesi, Natalia was able to hire a base game builder who promised a fancy pool. Sunny Skies Avenue is a modern house with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths with, large living and dining, and galley kitchen. The selling point for Natalia is a kidney shaped pool built right in the back deck. Natalia didn't want to go down any steps but rather wanted to walk out the sliding glass door and jump right in. Your sims will be able to take a refreshing swim and then warm back up in adjacent jacuzzi, all under sunny skies.

The other fabulous feature of the house is the awesome windows by tiggy027 which once you've used them, it's hard to be satisfied with just base game windows.
