Download includes nine different "paintings" in the "Psimcasso's Scenic Circuits" frame from the High End Loft stuff pack. All of them are fully re-CAStable with four channels (three for the art and one for the frame), allowing you to customize the images to a pretty huge degree. For example, these two paintings, each shown in three different colorations:





The paintings are found in the "Decor -> Wall Hangings" section of the catalog, and are 900 simoleons each, just like the original. These are based on a picture from the High End Loft Stuff Pack, but this is a full clone, so it is basegame compatible.

Attached screenshots include all nine paintings in different coloration examples, in-game shots of a couple paintings, and an RGB mask illustration. (In the RGB illustratrion, the alpha/fourth channel is displayed as the black and white checker -- basically it's just the frame.) Note that the "half-circle" painting is included in both left and right versions so you can pair them up if you wish.

If there's a demand for this kind of thing, I am more than happy to make some more in different sizes and designs. Just let me know in the comments if you would be interested.
