hello everyone, this my first upload, so please, be gentle.

This is Bay Side, a neighborhood situated around a small bay in Sim Nation, it contains area that are suitable for beach-lots and other for normal residential and/or community lots.

A bridge connects the east and west side at the neck of the bay.

In the pictures you can see the areas that are suitable for beach-lots, also, the bay gives the lots a wonderful view (if you have a good graphics card.

The areas near the edge of the N'Hood are mostly flat but those near the bay are more bumped.
